Identify or customize your clothes with textile stickers. Iron-on stickers for t-shirts.
Fabrics where it can be applied:
DTF is highly recommended for almost any type of clothing or fabrics such as cotton, polyester, leather, lycra... Since it does not completely merge with the fabric, the printing does not affect the design quality. It is perfect for printing full-color logos, numbers, and letters. Naturally, t-shirts and sweatshirts are its main support, but shopper bags, totes, caps, and backpacks are seeing a very significant increase in use. We have even tested the application on other types of materials such as cork, wood, paper, cardboard, and the result has been successful.
Custom iron-on stickers: What can they be useful for?
The use of iron-on labels for textiles is becoming increasingly common for sportswear, football kits, as well as for marking workwear: gowns, uniforms, t-shirts, trousers, vests. They are also used to mark children's clothes for school or daycare. Another use that is gaining ground is personalizing t-shirts for bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthdays, celebrations in general, as well as for clubs, town festivals, trade shows, congresses, or any type of event. Due to their easy application with a household iron, quality, and durability, clothing stickers are the best ally to customize any garment quickly!

Instructions for applying clothing labels, transfers, or stickers:
- Heat the domestic iron to a temperature of 130ºC (approx. 265ºF).
- Spread the garment on the ironing board or on a flat table or surface. Lightly iron the area of the garment where you are going to place your sticker. Place the sticker in the desired spot with the heat protective film facing up.
- Next, we advise placing a piece of wax kitchen baking paper or teflon to protect the garment during the ironing process.
- Pass the iron over several times, applying uniform pressure for about 10 to 15 seconds.
- Then remove the baking paper used for protection and the heat protective film from the sticker, preferably after it cools down. If any part of the sticker remains attached to this film, it means insufficient heat or pressure was applied. If this happens, put it back in place and apply more heat and pressure.
- Next, place the wax baking paper again and perform another series of passes, applying pressure for about 10 more seconds. With this second pass, we have secured the sticker and the garment, and it is now ready for use and washing. If you detect any poorly fixed area, you can always apply a second and third ironing until it is perfect.
- Done! You can now enjoy your DTF textile sticker on your t-shirt, gown, apron, workwear….
Among the techniques for personalizing textile garments such as screen printing, vinyl, sublimation, transfer, screen-printed transfer... DTF has gained ground due to its endless advantages: application, colors, quality, texture, and durability for customizations from 1 unit.
