Can I include multiple designs in my order?
Yes, you can include multiple designs when placing your order. You can only include one design at the time of ordering; additional designs must be sent by email, indicating the order number so we can associate them with your order.
Can I receive a physical sample of my order?
Yes, we can send samples to your company or home address. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No, as these are personalized products, payment is required in advance.
Do you offer rush orders?
Depending on the order volume, we can ship your order within 24-48 hours.
Temporary Tattoos
Can I order color tattoos?
Yes, our temporary tattoos can be full color. We also have decals in neon colors, metallic tattoos, white tattoos, and more.
How long do temporary tattoos last?
From 5 to 7 days, depending on the area where you apply them and how you care for them.
Do they look realistic? Are they good quality?
They are good quality, but they are still temporary tattoos or temporary tattoos. They don't look as realistic as a real one, at least not up close.
Do you have a design gallery?
No, we create temporary tattoos using designs sent to us by our customers.

Delivery times and shipping costs
Our delivery times already include the personalization process. This means that from the moment you place your order and select any of the delivery options we offer; You will receive them on the days we indicate. We offer standard delivery (5 to 6 business days x €5.25), express delivery (3 to 4 business days x €6.95), and urgent delivery (1 to 2 days x €12). Remember that shipping is FREE for orders over €150. We ship to mainland Spain, the islands, and other countries.
What is the minimum order?
At Uvimark, most of our personalized, promotional, and advertising products are sold in quantities of 5 or more. However, there are exceptions where we sell from 1 unit, such as notebooks, premium gifts, personalized beers, and wine sets. For other products, due to the personalization technique we use, the minimum order may vary between 25, 50, or 100 units. All products have quantity discounts; the more you order, the less you pay because the costs are divided among the number of products to be personalized. So don't worry about having leftover product; you'll still use it while saving money. On each product page, you'll find information about the minimum order quantity and the different quantity tiers.
How do I send the designs?
When placing your order, you can include the design directly. If you have any problems or need more than one design, you can email them to info@uvimark.com, indicating your order number. Remember that you can include multiple designs in your orders, and we can also provide assistance if needed. Before the customization process, we check that everything is correct, and if there are any questions, we consult with the customer or send a sample photo to confirm that everything is OK. We're also working on an editor so you can create your own designs; we hope to surprise you soon!
